This is one of those documentaries that creates an awareness about a community that gets seen a lot but is hardly ever understood.
The plot line captures the essence of the struggles a person from this community goes through in trying to simply follow the tenets of one's faith.
The director Kevin Lee has done an exceptional job in understanding the sensitivities of the Sikhs and then putting together a storyline with the same emotion that is felt by someone who is himself a Sikh.
Cant anyone create a link to download this as i will show to other sangath members

Great Movie.... Now we need to show those movies in Church,Mosaq, and every other different religion worship places... also need to show the other side of the sikh ( SAINT SOLIDER) its good to have a movie about the peacefull side but we have to realize that we did not get our religion with Peace we had to make alot of sacrifices... The SAINT SOLIDER and Martial ARTts. The Weapons used to DEFEND our nation our TRUE IDENTITY SHOULD also be shown to public to show The POWERFULL AMBITIOUS COURaGeOUS STEALTH side of a SIKH....People Getting BUllied on or people being harrassed by the State or By Individuals who do not know anything about our religion. WE NEED TO SHOW THEM.. The Sikh Who Worships And A Sikh Who Defends (fighter) as well..
EVEN IN OUR RELIGION DAY PARADES we have all over in NY Noone has ever shown " GATKHA " I WOULD REALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLY FEEL PROUD AND HONORED to watch someone Or some group of people who learn to perform From " DAMDAMI TAKSAL " School at our PARADES......Yet you can find So many Political issues being lectured about in NY PARADE. STOP WITH THAT NONSENSE our young generation need to know what sikh is not what gurdwara needs money or what place should have what party..... STOP WITH THAT NONSENSE before we SHOW people WHO SIKH ARE....> BUT GUYS GREAT GREAT GREAT WORK......
I have been reading various articles and would like to congratualte Sikh Coalition on spreading word and work about Sikhisim. I was touched few days ago that the petition by so many people have helped our brother in the jail to keep his hair.
Now, about Dastaar, I am pleased that a video has been produced to show how to tie a turban as well its importance. It will help people of other religion to understand the fundamental differences between the Arabs, Muslims and the SIKHS. I was also touched to see how young children are also showing proud in wearing Dastaar. I am Executive Member of Indian Association in the UK and would like to show this video to my fellow men and publish your article in our Newletter. I seek your persmission.

We as sikhs are indebted tou you guys who are working for Sikh coalition society. I am a firm believer in sikhism and really appreciate this work being done to spread the knowledge about our religion. The suffering by Sh. Gurcharan Singh and Sh. Rajinder Singh Khalsa should not be forgotten and you guys are doing a great job in keeping the momentum going. Thanks a lot. We are here with you always.
Wonderful - every school in N America and in fact in amny other parts should be shown this film and more films depicted contribution of Sikhs in different fields should be made.
After serving suberb Indian Army - I became the first turbaned Police Officer in world famous Scotland Yard, UK and had my due share of discrimination. But with His Kirpa - things were taken care.
I am now traveling teacher of Art of Living (www.artofliving.org) & my email is anasuyajgd@yahoo.com
Many thanks to the producers of this documentary especially Mr Kevin Lee. I feel this documentary should form a part of every school library, government and corporate departments so as to understand the true picture of Sikhs. This will go a long way to understand the purity and beliefs of this great religion and its sacrifices for the people who could not protect their rights.
Great Video. It really shows the challenges, facing Sikhism today. I believe that this video should be shared with a broader audience.

Truly i respect sikhism and if i wanna born again i will definitely like to be a sikh..
